USP verification is the strongest part of the product. The formula covers 20 nutrients and includes calcium, magnesium citrate, zinc, selenium, chromium, and all 8 B vitamins, but it requires 3 gummies daily and the official page marks the product as discontinued.

This is a better trust story than most gummy multivitamins.

That does not make it a great formulation.

The strongest signal is USP verification. Nature Made states that USP has tested and verified the product's ingredients, potency, and manufacturing process. For a broad multivitamin, that matters because the main risk is not one exotic ingredient. It is whether the many listed nutrients are present at the stated levels and made under credible controls.

The nutrient coverage is broad. The product provides 20 key nutrients per 3-gummy serving, including vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin E, all 8 B vitamins, calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium, and molybdenum. That is a useful baseline for a general adult multi.

The dose design is more mixed. Some amounts are meaningful for a gummy, especially vitamin D3, vitamin C, folate, B12, zinc, and selenium. But the mineral side is constrained by the format: 130 mg calcium and 42 mg magnesium are not high enough to act like serious mineral repletion. The magnesium is positioned as high-absorption magnesium citrate, which is reasonable, but the amount is still modest.

The formulation penalty comes from the gummy format. Nature Made does keep the build cleaner than many competitors by avoiding artificial flavors, synthetic dyes, high-fructose corn syrup, and gluten. But it is still a gummy multi, and three gummies daily is a lot of delivery system for a general adult formula.

This is acceptable-to-strong for a gummy multi. The trust signal is real. The design is convenient. The formula is not as serious as a well-built capsule or tablet multivitamin.
